Spring Retreats and Courses (April - June) 2018

Picture

The gently yawn of spring..
As the suns warmth caresses the trees..
Casting shadows across the trickles of melting snow
It's time to wake up.
Buds appear, raising their heads to the light
Crickets and frogs chorus a melody at dusk
As newborn wildlife emerge from their mother's womb
From their winter's dens.

Rebirth.  The start of a new Spring.

Anapannasati - Mindfulness of Breathing
Gerry Kopelow
Anapannasati is the meditation that the Buddha invented to achieve his own awakening; the complete teaching is rarely given. And exactly because the complete teaching is rarely given the full scope of this practice is widely unappreciated. This retreat will be an opportunity for committed meditators to know for themselves the conceptual depth and scientific rigour of this efficient practice. The Paramis Retreat provides a natural lead-in to the subtle, yet profound unfolding that motivated Anapannasati practitioners can expect to experience.
